Role Menus

Role Menus let members self-assign roles through dropdown menus, great for colors, pronouns, game roles, etc.

Setup Steps

1. Dashboard → Role Menus → enable the module
2. Create a role menu:
   • Set a menu name (e.g., "Pronouns", "Colors")
   • Choose a channel where the menu will be posted
   • Add roles to the menu with optional emojis
   • Set as "exclusive" if users should only be able to have one role from this menu
3. Save and send the menu from Dashboard → Role Menus to the chosen channel

Menu Types

• Standard: Users can select multiple roles from the menu
• Exclusive: Users can only have one role from the menu (selecting a new one removes the old)

Managing Menus

• Open Dashboard → Role Menus to see the configured menus
• Use Edit on a menu to change its roles, appearance, or selection rules
• Use Delete on a menu to remove it
