Common Issues

AXON isn't responding to commands

• Check that the relevant module is enabled in the Dashboard
• Make sure AXON has the Use Application Commands permission in that channel
• Try /ping — if it responds, AXON is online but the feature module may be disabled

Role assignment isn't working

• Move the AXON role above the target role in Server Settings → Roles
• Verify AXON has Manage Roles permission

Logging embeds aren't showing

• Ensure the log channel is set in Dashboard → Logging
• Check AXON has Manage Webhooks and Send Messages in the log channel
• Confirm the specific log event is enabled (not just the module)

Dashboard shows "Not in any servers"

• You need Manage Server permission in a server where AXON is present
• Try logging out and back in

Economy balance reset / lost

• Economy data is stored per-server. Data persists as long as the database connection is active.
